Our team's clinical and educational expertise allows us to design and facilitate realistic and effective workshops or single scenarios for practicing professionals as well as medical and nursing students. Clinical expertise ensures that the experience is realistic and clinically relevant to practice. Staff are also experienced educators and simulation experts and utilize their knowledge and skills to maximize learning.
Position Opening: Simulation Educator (Full time)
HealthPartners Clinical Simulation is accepting applications for a full-time simulation educator. To facilitate simulation-related educational experiences on behalf of .HealthPartners Clinical Simulation, a department within the Institute for Medical Education. The Simulation Educator provides clinical, educational, and technical expertise in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational and performance assessment initiatives through the use of simulation-based assessment and education methodologies. The Educator collaborates with others to facilitate curriculum development and program evaluation. During simulation sessions, this individual operates the mannequins and other simulation equipment, programs scenarios, utilizes role-playing, props, clinical equipment and dialogue to create a realistic learning environment.
