Simulation Programs
We facilitate and support all types of simulation activites from formal courses with established curricula to informal individual or small group skill practice. Activities may involve partial task trainers, high-fidelity mannequins, actors or a combination. Curricula is created following istructional systems design methodology. Theoretical frameworks include Jeffries' Nursing Education Simulation Framework, Deliberate Practice, Reflective Practice, and Gagne's Conditions of Learning.
