Heather Anderson, MA, BA, RN, CCRN, CHSE

Heather Anderson is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator with HealthPartners Clinical Simulation. She has over five years of experience with the development and facilitation of health care simulations focusing on assessment, learning, systems integration and process analysis. She is dedicated to providing interdisciplinary health care providers with the educational support they need to feel confident and competent in the care that they provide with the ultimate goal of improving patient care and outcomes.

Heather is a Registered Nurse with experience in both medical-surgical and critical care environments. She maintains a Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from Luther College and a Masters in Nursing Education and Healthcare Leadership from Bethel University. She is certified by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator as well as by AACN as a critical care registered nurse.
