The Clinical Simulation & Learning Center is a 7200 sq ft dedicated educational environment within Regions Hospital, in St. Paul Minnesota.  A former patient care area, the space provides a realistic clinical experience. There are eight rooms configured in a circle surrounding a common area.  The space can be modified to meet participant needs; typical room configuration is:

7102--Procedures
7103--SimMan / Pediatric
7104--Debriefing/Classroom
Lounge -- Multipurpose:  Debriefing or Procedure
7105--Adult / General simulation room
7106--Debriefing / Classroom
7107--OB / General simulation room

Multiple patient simulations & procedural skills can occur simultaneously.  AV recording and viewing is possible in any room.  Whiteboards, LCD projection, and screens are available.

Participant Information

• Comfort:  The temperature varies by room and time of day.  It is best to dress in layers or bring a sweater/jacket. 
• Restrooms:  There are 2 restrooms located within the Center and 1 across from the elevators. 
• Refreshments:  Coffee, tea, and water are available in the breakroom.  There is also a refrigerator and microwave available for participants and instructors. 
• Food/beverage options:  Overlook Cafe 2 South, Ginko Cafe 4 North; the cafeteria is on the second floor.  No food or beverages in the simulation/procedure rooms. 
• ATM:  Located by the cafeteria on 2nd floor and by the Ginko Cafe on the 4th floor.
